About ChipCHECK
ChipCHECK is a field deployable maintenance decision support tool which employs innovative alloy identification spectroscopy technology to analyze chip detector debris. ChipCHECK uses digital image capture in combination with a Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) system to automatically analyze wear debris. This analysis determines the alloy type and size for each individual particle in the sample. Simplicity, reliability, portability, and powerful analysis capabilities combine to make ChipCHECK the ideal choice to meet today’s ever-expanding mission critical flight line maintenance demands.
